Data Processing Addendum

1. The Relationship

In the context of the GDPR:

• You (The Customer) are the "Controller". You own the data.
• We (PackNative) are the "Processor". We process data on your behalf.

2. Nature of Processing

PackNative provides self-hosted software. In the default configuration,we do not process your Customer Data (Personal Data) because it remains on your servers.

We only process "Account Data" (Your email, billing info) to provide the service.

We are located in India. Any data you transfer to us (e.g., support logs) is transferred to India. We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure protection of this data in accordance with EU law.
