Zero Telemetry Promise
Privacy Policy
We build the engine. You own the data.
Architecture & Data Sovereignty
Unlike Cloud SaaS, PackNative - Parametric Packaging on Your Infrastructure runs inside your infrastructure. We do not host your customer data. You do.
This Privacy Policy explains how PackNative handles information. Because our software is self-hosted, the majority of data creation and processing happens on your own servers (VPC or On-Premise). We do not have access to your databases, pricing logic, or customer geometry unless you explicitly share logs with us for support.

Data Location: Your Server
Data We DO NOT Collect
Our binary is designed to be air-gap compatible. We strictly do not collect:
Geometry & CAD Files: We never see your designs, DXFs, or 3D models.
Pricing Logic: Your margins, material costs, and machine rates stay in your local database.
Customer PII: The end-customer data you process via PackNative - Parametric Packaging on Your Infrastructure never leaves your VPC.
Data We DO Collect
We only collect data necessary to facilitate the business transaction and license enforcement:
| Data Type | Purpose | Storage Location |
|---|---|---|
| Billing Information | Processing payments & invoicing | Stripe (Payment Processor) |
| License Keys | Validating your active subscription | Our Central Auth Server |
| Support Logs | Debugging issues (only if manually sent) | Encrypted Support Ticket System |
| Contact Details | Product updates & security alerts | CRM |
License Validation
To prevent piracy, the PackNative - Parametric Packaging on Your Infrastructure binary performs a periodic license check:
Online Mode: The container pings
auth.packengine.com once every 24 hours to verify the license key status. It transmits your IP address and License ID only.Offline Mode (Air-Gapped): For enterprise customers, we provide a cryptographically signed key file that requires zero internet connectivity. In this mode, no data is ever transmitted to us.
Third-Party Subprocessors
We use a limited set of trusted third-party providers for our business operations:
Stripe: Payment processing.
Postmark: Transactional emails (license keys, password resets).
AWS (US-East): Hosting our marketing website and license server.
