Acceptable Use Policy
What you cannot do with our software.
You agree not to use the PackNative Software or API to:
- Generate packaging or designs for illegal items (e.g., narcotics, unauthorized weapons).
- Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or gain unauthorized access to our License Servers (DoS attacks).
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our API without prior written consent (unauthorized pen-testing).
- Use the software in a manner that violates the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Violation of this AUP may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your License Key without refund.
